AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers - Service Center

Not happy with the Toyota service. The first appointment booked on 7/14 I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to check me in. I went into the office and told the Manager that I was waiting for my appoin booked on 7/14 I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to check me in. I went into the office and told the Manager that I was waiting for my appointment for the past 20 minutes and he said they were short staffed and needed to hire people. I told the Manager to cancel my appointment that I was leaving. I rebooked the appointment for 7/19. The only service that needed done was for my tires to be rotated and fluids checked. It took 2 1/2 hours of waiting for that service to be completed. Again I was told they didn't have enough staff to handle the workload. I really like my RAV4, but I would never recommend their service. More

Outstanding service! My car was taken back within 5 minutes of my arrival and was ready in an hour. This was for a full maintenance visit and also rotate and balance tires. Since I started to take my truck to that place for service, I realized that they do not do things well because the air caps of the tires began to disappear, they left the oil drain screw loose and my service, I realized that they do not do things well because the air caps of the tires began to disappear, they left the oil drain screw loose and my parking lot got oil of the house, they keep me all day to do a simple maintenance of the truck that I have to do there for the guarantee because if I do not do it I lose the guarantee, I have paid for special services such as the change of transmission oil that do not appear in sun files so that way they recommend doing it over and over again.
