This was the WORST service I've ever had at this dealership. In the past 25 years, we've purchased at least 8 vehicles from this dealership and have never had this horrible of an experience. To start, I came in for a 40K service expecting a oil change and tire rotation. I got a 2 hour tire rotation. Was told I only need to change the oil every 10K miles, when they were changing it every 5k when I had FREE SERVICE. Was told my vehicle was in the other building (Car Building) and not the Truck Service Center. I knew my tires were getting low on air, as I had to have one patched prior to service. Upon receiving my vehicle, I checked the tire pressure and the one I had patched had 36psi, the others were at 32psi. Why was the pressure not adjusted to match the others? Took forever to finally get my vehicle. I'll NEVER step foot in that dealership again. This will be my last Toyota and I'll drive it into the ground. I'll be looking elsewhere for a new vehicle in the future. More

I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. My engine light came on at 3:00 on Saturday 5 days before my vacation. I drove into the dealership nervous about my situation. Waited 4 hours for an oil change. Had to ask about what was taking so long. I had an appointment but wasn't warned that it would take so long when I arrived.
