My car was not serviced on date and time of appointment. It was forgotten in the drop off queue for over 2 hours. Could not find service person when dropping off. I waited in waiting room until I heard them at their desk. When I returned several hours later Shelly was not at her desk again. When she returned she couldn’t find my car in the computer. I looked out the window and saw my car had moved up in the drop of queue but had not been serviced. More
ANTHONY JANE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC BOTH TIMES I CAME IN FOR CAR SERVICE. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE COMPUTER SAYING I HAD OPEN TICKETS WHEN I DIDNT AND HE GOT IT FIXED SO IT WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN.
