Said you have my number and info in your computer. If you really cared as I did you would call me not me call you. Worst customer service of any business I have dealt with. Your tech even told me I needed new tires which I did not the one with the nail was repaired by who they were bought from. The others and the repaired one cleared by another Toyota Dealer as safe with over half the life left. You guys are a joke!!!!

So, after being a loyal customer of this dealership for over 25 years and now giving you a less than desirable review you want me to discuss this with a General Manager that was NOT AVAILABLE when I was there and wanting to discuss these issues. Can you say, A day late and a dollar short at this time! I don't believe there is any redeeming of the horrible service I received.
