First words out of his mouth to a client are - this is NOT covered under warranty without checking! One example of one of the reasons why I visited the dealership, was, for the second sunroof where there was a piece that closes it and it came off and only needed to be screw back. This service clerk decide ls to tell me that I had to come back for a diagnosis and that the cost would be 2 hours of labor for a minimum of $400. When he was not making any sense, the manager tried his best to assess the problem and was clear, courteous and made sense to me. He couldn’t contact the mechanic across the street to diagnose the car after I was waiting for more than 3 hours I left! More

Service manager was very pleasant and worked hard to get accommodate us. Diagnostics showed that our water pump needed replacing, as the check engine light came on, then temperature light and coolant light. accommodate us. Even though I get my car serviced there I couldn’t get an answer on what service was needed. The sticker said I needed an oil change but when I got there they said I didn’t. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT take your vehicle in for SCHEDULED maintenance unless you can leave it a minimum of 24 hours.
