I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT take your vehicle in for SCHEDULED maintenance unless you can leave it a minimum of 24 hours. Always get friendliness, honesty, and excellent work. We had just started a long trip, but 30 miles from home hit something on road. Lots of noise but could not see anything causing it. Turned around and went straight to AutoNation in Fort Myers. They analyzed problem in minutes; broken plastic covering under car that was not apparent when just looking at it. Everytime you go there, there is a new process for checking in. Now they separate your keys from your fob. And they don't tell you. when I got my fob back there were no keys on it.
