Setting up the appt was very maddening. The service appt man didn't know what he was doing. He asked ridiculous questions and made me very angry. This was my first visit to the dealership, apparently everyone thought I should know who my service advisor was. Why would I know that? All I was doing was bringing it in for the 5000 mile check up, but I was expected to wait to talk to the service advisor. I left without waiting for that intro, then when I returned to pick it up, I had to wait again to meet my service advisor. Why would I even care to do that? All I wanted to do was pick up my car.
