This was my best service experience at this dealer in years!! Finally they are able to offer rides home and back to get your car as a complimentary service. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire patch. That's just unacceptable in my opinion. Maximum amount of time should be no more than 1 hour. I really don't like going to the dealership because the salesman always tries to upsell me on a bunch of things. He quoted almost $700 of recommendations and offered it so nonchalantly. It's just ridiculous and unnecessary. When I come in lets get the oil change done quickly. I don't want to wait 3 1/2 hours next time. More

I made an appointment for synthetic oil change. In addition, it was time to have brake fluid flushed and tire rotation. I was given a free 27-point inspection and passed with flying colors.
