The technician assigned to me was helpful. However, I called ahead and was told they had my key phob in stock, this was also verified by the parts department. As you know, time is valuable and I only made the maintenance appointment because I would also be getting a new key. It is actually a huge inconvenience for me to have to return because of my work schedule. More

Over all the experience was ok. I had a hard time understanding what Orlando was trying to tell me about my new car warranty but his assistant explained everything to perfection. I've been there twice. Once for sales and once for service. Horrible. On the sales side they are incompetent. On the service side they are NUTS! Charge $200 to pull a code?
