I was promised a 2nd Fob for my Rav 4 in October 2022,because of shortage of chips over 6 months ago, to no avail, but I could buy one, which I did from you which I did, for close to $400.00. Car was complete and rolled out to parking lot and then I still had to wait 30 min to get it. Check out process very slow. Terrible service, no one had time to help, Service attendant went to lunch and left my car sitting in the line-up for service for 2 hrs.
