I have tried to contact the General Manager many times. He is either out of the office or in a meeting. Finally I reached an individual (Barbara) who checked into my situation and said that Toyota had approved the recall on the Pearl White Blizzard paint that is peeling on my RAV 4. She was going to forward the information to the Paint/Collision Department, and I should received a call within a couple of days to schedule an appointment. It is now over a week after that conversation and I have still not heard from AutoNation Toyota of Fort Myers. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Guess they don't care if people return to them for business in the future to purchase a new car. Frustrated!
