This week I was in town visiting friends and my car alert light came on. Auto Nation didn't have any appts but worked me in at 4 pm on Tuesday. I am so appreciative of the service. It will make my road trip back to SC less anxiety producing. I still rate Auto Nation Ft Myers as 5+. It is great to know that some companies maintain their superior standards. More

In late 2014, Wayne Carless sold me the 2015 Corolla I still have, and I usually stop by his desk to say hello when I bring my car in for service. He and the Customer Care Specialists who have helped me still have, and I usually stop by his desk to say hello when I bring my car in for service. He and the Customer Care Specialists who have helped me over the years are all excellent, as are the employees who have worked on my car. Had service appointment at 10:00. Arrived at 9:50. Promptly greeted. Was told to wait in customer waiting area and a service representative would call me. Walked to back desks. A rep located my paperwork. It had been with another rep this entire time. I signed the paperwork for suggested services and was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I got a text shortly after noon that my car was ready. Not all the services had been performed. No explanation given. More
