Was greeted by Orlando, my service rep when I pulled up. He observed a small screw in my rear tire…which I had never noticed. Turned out to be nothing, since it never penetrated deep enough. He was very outgoing, professional, and explained everything well. My battery was checked and found to be faulty. Battery was then replaced. Only came in for oil change and tire rotation, but glad the battery was checked and replaced! Overall this dealership has been excellent. I’ve been using them ever since we bought our 4Runner. More
I’m very happy with the way that the staff treated me! I was very comfortable, and was able to check out a couple of new vehicles to kill the time while my car was getting serviced. My Prius would not start at all. AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. The tow service got my car started and said that if I didn’t turn it off, I should be able AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. The tow service got my car started and said that if I didn’t turn it off, I should be able to drive it to the dealer. This saved me the cost of the tow. AutoNation then got my car right in without an appointment, installed a new 12volt battery and I was on my way home in less than 90 minutes with the problem fixed. Excellent service. More
@autonationtoyotafortmyers did a terrible job replacing my weatherstrip in my 2022 sienna two years ago letting water go into my trunk and accumulate in the bottom. Recently I noticed the same issue, and decided to bring it in, @autonationtoyotafortmyers told me that the same issues from two years ago it’s now caused by a different problem and they won’t cover it. They told me that if it was the same problem the car would have mold and according to them the car didn’t, TODAY I checked fully my car and indeed it has mold SO THEY LIED to cover their behind. As well I told them to check the weatherstrip again since that was the problem the first time and I was THREATENED that they would charge me additional for an inspection that should’ve been done in the first place, gave me a stupid excuse to save their xxx from fixing something they should’ve done in the first place. You guys lied and told me it was some body plug of the bottom of the car WHEN IT WAS ALWAYS THE WEATHERSTRIP THAT YOU GUYS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED 2 years ago More
My steering wheel and lock button and gearshift and air conditioning button all felt like someone had smeared honey on everything!!! It’s the service department that I have an issue with. I had an appointment for 10:00 for the 5000 mile check up. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hr. 2 hrs and 45” later.
