My recent service of oil change along with complete detailing of my vehicle took far less time than when I had this service last year. Why? because Shelley took the time to make sure it was right the first time. Service Managers would be well served to take note of my message if you want me to return as your customer. I love my camry hybrid. Ii moved here two years ago and tried the dealership, post covid. It was horrible. I’d scheduled my service and after waiting well over two hours I found my car wasn’t even in line for service. I expresses my anger and left and took my car elsewhere. But time has changed everything. This time my car was in line for service immediately. The service personnel were attentive and prompt. They asked what I needed and did not need. I had just recently bought tires and did not want them rotated. So they didn’t. They also estimated my wait time and were right on. They were polite and even joked with me. And to top it off, they washed my car. No charge! Good job overall. I’ll be back. Thank you. More

Service dept worked me in on a Mon morning when my mom passed away unexpectedly 10 hrs away. I needed an oil change and tire rotation quickly.
