Very disappointed in the time it took to change my oil. Made an appointment last week and when I arrived a little early, expecting to be on my way within an hr. Nearly 2 hours later I inquired what the sta Made an appointment last week and when I arrived a little early, expecting to be on my way within an hr. Nearly 2 hours later I inquired what the status was and was told it wasn't in the bay yet. When I was able to talk with my service advisor at the 2 hr mark, I told him to just bring my car out as I had another appointment to get to. He went back to check on it and came back 20 minutes later with the car and the service had been completed. Haviar, my advisor was good about getting it done but that was 2 hrs in. Can't recommend this dealer. More

AutoNation is a very large dealership with plenty of employees to help. Everyone was polite and did their job. Has an appt with Service Dept to rotate tires on our new 2023 Highlander Hybrid and I was employees to help. Everyone was polite and did their job.
