My car sat in the waiting area for over an hour before I brought it to someone's attention. Finally, it was driven in for it's routine service. It took 2 hours for this routine service. Fantastic service 1st time there and I had a 7am appt and Gillian was ready for me. I had my 1st 5000 mile service and in 90 min I was driving out! Friendly customer service. Prices are high, reflective of the economy. Rep recommended service and then found it was done previously at another location, when I questioned it.
