Not satisfied. Explain to me why a relatively simple pre-scheduled service appointment should take 3 hours, without being notified and maybe given an explanation that there is a delay and that it was abnormal for this to happen. The coupon I had for an oil change was a great deal. The only issue I had was that I was the first car there that morning (6:38 for a 7am appointment).
