Simple tire rotation and oil change. Scheduled 6 weeks previous. 10am appt. Quoted 1.5, maybe 2 hrs to service (that seems a long wait for a pre-scheduled slot to do such work?). 3hours Scheduled 6 weeks previous. 10am appt. Quoted 1.5, maybe 2 hrs to service (that seems a long wait for a pre-scheduled slot to do such work?). 3hours later, after asking yet getting no update except 2.5 hours into the work “just waiting on your paperwork!” … we’ll, 30 minutes later after 3 hours total since drop off, my cars ready after an oil change and tire rotation. Not satisfied. Explain to me why a relatively simple pre-scheduled service appointment should take 3 hours, without being notified and maybe given an explanation that there is a delay and that it was abnormal for this to happen. The coupon I had for an oil change was a great deal. The only issue I had was that I was the first car there that morning (6:38 for a 7am appointment). I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change a tire rotation. I needed wiper blades and saw that they were selling them for $10.99. I needed 3 blades I was then charged over $100 for them to replace m rotation. I needed wiper blades and saw that they were selling them for $10.99. I needed 3 blades I was then charged over $100 for them to replace my wipers. It's BS that I had to pay over $50 for labor. Not pleased with the cost. I could replace my own blades, but thought I'll have them do it. Bad choice on my part. I will say the staff was friendly:) More
