I had a 10 AM appointment for tire rotation. I dropped the car off early about 930 when I came back at 11:20 the car had not been touched. I took my car home and will rotate my tires myself. Although I was 20 minutes early for my appointed time, I was informed that I was 11th in the service queue and it would be a 2 hour visit for the 20,000 service (basically oil change and tire rotation with was informed that I was 11th in the service queue and it would be a 2 hour visit for the 20,000 service (basically oil change and tire rotation with a lot of fluid and other checks). Luckily, all went well and it was "only" an hour and a half. The facility is clean, bright and spacious so waiting is not an unpleasant experience. More
