I had an appointment for oil change at 2:30. I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a service agent. Then, he identified about 8 additional maintenance needs that we not id I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a service agent. Then, he identified about 8 additional maintenance needs that we not identified when making my appointment. Let alone the additional maintenance was not scheduled. My car went into service after 30 minutes upon arrival. Then, I waited another 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car to be finished. Obviously an appointment means nothing to you. If you treat customers this way, you should not be in business. More

Initially very disappointed. I had a 10 AM appointment for service that I was dropping off. I had someone meeting me for pick up at 10:30. At 10:30 I was still waiting in loun I had a 10 AM appointment for service that I was dropping off. I had someone meeting me for pick up at 10:30. At 10:30 I was still waiting in lounge and had to flag someone down and ask about my 10:00 appointment to which she said, "We don't take appointments." Yet I was allowed to make an appointment 2 weeks earlier. My service advisor was with another customer which I was not going to interrupt and in the mean time another advisor got my ticket. By the time I was called up it was almost 10:45. My advisor was Donald and he more than made up for my inconvenience. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and anothe service he talked me into. My car was completed by the time I got home about 45 minutes later. So really if they had acknowledged the appointment and provided the service that quickly, I wouldn't have had to be picked up and brought back. Donald did an exceptional job and even had my car washed. More

The Customer Care Specialist, Michelle, kept me informed throughout the entire process with multiple phone calls. She even brought the mechanic into her office to speak with me on the phone and explain my throughout the entire process with multiple phone calls. On January 30, 2023 when I showed up for my first complementary service I was walking through the dealership and as soon as she saw me she greeted me with a big smile, which was so nice being that no one in the Service Department had, they all looked so grumpy. Roberts started talking to me asking me if I had any questions or concerns regarding my Rav4 and had a answer to all my questions. She even walked me over to the service counter and told the person at the counter who by the way was very pleasant, and told him what I was looking for. I felt like I was shopping at Publix Supermarket where the store attendants take you to the product you are looking for and not just telling you what isle it is in. It is very rare to find a sale consultant that cares about you after they made the sale. Roberta made me feel like a valued customer. More
