In my recent visit to AutoNation Toyota of fort Myers I had the pleasure of dealing with Orlando Quiñones who is a service representative. He was very informative, and helpful. It was a very hectic day but Orlando made sure the vehicle issue was diagnosed and information was relayed fast and accurate. Check engine light on. Told I had not tightened gas cap properly. Next day after leaving AutoNation the check engine light comes on again and I never touched the gas cap. Problem still exists. I even bought a new gas cap for $40 and that didn’t fix it either. Disappointed that they didn’t fix my problem. More
