Check engine light on. Told I had not tightened gas cap properly. Next day after leaving AutoNation the check engine light comes on again and I never touched the gas cap. I Told I had not tightened gas cap properly. Next day after leaving AutoNation the check engine light comes on again and I never touched the gas cap. It was not diagnosed properly. Problem still exists. I even bought a new gas cap for $40 and that didn’t fix it either. Disappointed that they didn’t fix my problem. More
I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that my appointment time did not matter other than I would get service as soon as they could get to my car. Anyway it took 2.5 hours to complete the oil change and tire rotation. This is way too long. I do not live in Ft Myers so I lost a good part of my day. It was confusing if service was to be at the truck center or the car center. I asked where my appointment was at; the worker said it does not matter. This may be the case if appointment times do not matter. Anyway the service was performed and the workers were nice. It just took too long. More

I live 45 minutes away from the dealership so I have to stay with my car and that's a long wait for a service I could get most places within an hour. More
When I went to pickup my car I was abruptly told not to remove manual key from my remote key. I said I did not remove it but they insisted I did outcome they gave me a new key. I would not have given a low rating just for this. HOWEVER, a week after being in service dept., where tire rotation was to be done, I got a warning light and buzzer saying my tire pressure was low. ALL four tires were not inflated properly! Now I wonder if any of my service was done correctly. Feel uneasy about my next service visit. More
