Horrible! We waited over 2 hours while trying to get our first complimentary factory service. It could be you don’t have a Technician Knowledgable to perform this type of work. If you only want to do fluid and filters, this should be expressed on you service ability. I dropped my car off to get a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Before I knew it the service rep had added services totaling almost $400! I said no, just give me my free oil change and tire rotation (and a couple of other minor things that weren't done at my last service and should have been). So, you must watch carefully and review everything they do before agreeing to anything. Then, I got an email that itemized my services at $100.04. When I went to pick up my car I was charged $133.53. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email before I picked up my car. I still cannot get anyone to talk to me or answer emails about resolving this discrepancy. Beware!
