I had my RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would also need a battery changeout because the car is over 4 years old. I had an appt. Scheduled and when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman within minutes. It took under 2 hours for my routine maintenance. Overall, an ok experience. More

I was logged in & advised that I also needed to have an update on a computer issue. I was advised that the team started at 7 AM & I should have my vehicle back by 9AM, I was driving out by 8:45. I received an email from dealership extending me a no cost oil change and tire rotation, the dealership set up the appointment for me, date and time. When I arrived service people had no knowledge of my cost oil change and tire rotation, the dealership set up the appointment for me, date and time. When I arrived service people had no knowledge of my offer. I had to find email on my phone for them and prove it to them ! I did get the free deal but the process was horrible and if my wife or another family member had dropped off the car I am sure they would not have gotten the deal. When I arrived to pick up the car I was asked to sign the invoice showing full price….again very unprofessional and almost looked like a scam. More
Had I known that my 10:00am appointment yesterday (11/15) for a 10,000 mile check up was going to take 6-1/2 hours to complete, I would’ve made arrangements for someone to pick me up since I’m handicapped du for a 10,000 mile check up was going to take 6-1/2 hours to complete, I would’ve made arrangements for someone to pick me up since I’m handicapped due to a stroke. If you were short staffed, maybe you shouldn’t have accepted so many customers yesterday. I hope this is not the norm for future appointments. More
