Showed up for my first new car scheduled maintenance appointment. The check in process went ok. Very detailed pictures of my vehicle was taken by intake person. What could have been better. 1. Int appointment. The check in process went ok. Very detailed pictures of my vehicle was taken by intake person. What could have been better. 1. Introduce yourself to the customer. 2. I said this was my first scheduled maintenance at Toyota so maybe explain how things work so I’m not guessing what’s next. I had to ask for direction to the waiting room area. 3. After two waiting two hours and others that came after me started to check out, I went to the desk to check on the status of my car. The gentleman asked me who was my service agent? I could only give him the name from the email I received scheduling the appointment. He said that was the service manager. He then said when your car is done who ever your service agent is will come and update you. 4. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer so went to look for someone who could at least help me to identify my service agent. Someone saw me looking around as asked if they could help. That person took the time to look up my car. He said the guy that checked me in outside was my assigned service agent and he should have explained that to me, also he informed me that he had left for lunch. The gentleman saw my car's paperwork and saw it was complete and helped me cash out. Not a good first impression of Auto Nations Service Department. I didn’t feel like a valued customer until I ran into the guy that was kind enough to help me. Wished I got his name. More

Auto nations had great cars and service. The price was right for oil change and tires rotated. The service was so bad we left before they even touched our car. We had an appointment. After half hour no one talked to us or looked at our car. When we asked they said at least an hour and half wait for our car. We had an appointment. After half hour no one talked to us or looked at our car. Took my new truck in for its first service and it will never go back to autonation. The most disorganized and unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. Which was $40 more than the $80 I was told it would be before I left the truck with them, which I thought $80 was ridiculous but I was willing to pay that. I have payed $120 to get a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and balance elsewhere. More
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had made an appointment for. I was told it was going to be a little bit, but turned out to be 5 hours! I wasn't upset at the service team, but if man had made an appointment for. I was told it was going to be a little bit, but turned out to be 5 hours! I wasn't upset at the service team, but if management knew it was going to be that long of a wait they could have asked if people wanted to reschedule. I understand that life right now is not easy, especially in SWFL however 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. More
