everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the work was done professionally.....but.....I had an appointment and it still took me 4 hours to get an oil change done. That's just not good. I was there 4. 5 hours for a blown fuse and to have a key cut and programmed. Totally too long. Woke up late, arrived at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers even later bc of traffic in the morning and Mr Mark Trillas was understanding and pleasant and took care of the paper work quickly.
