The dealership has been great from purchase to servicing to date, and setting up service appointments is simple! I do have a single unresolved issue. The low beam headlights cause oncoming traffic to think to date, and setting up service appointments is simple! I do have a single unresolved issue. The low beam headlights cause oncoming traffic to think I have my high beams on. I have addressed this issue with the dealership on each service visit. The first time, I was told the settings are correct per the factory and that the dealership is unable to adjust the beam. At each visit, including the first one, dealership staff agreed that the beam setting is a challenge, but state they are unable to address it since the beams are set to factory specs. I intend to keep noting the problem at each visit as long as it continues to be a safety issue. More

It took 3 hours to get a key replaced and I had an original one with me. I checked with the rep after 2 hours and it was still another hour before it was done. Mr. Donovan Moss was my service advisor and he worked very hard to communicate with me (my cellphone was not working after Hurricane Ian).
