Darius took great care of me and my Prius. He explained all the work and costs and I really felt he was my advocate in getting my issues resolved. He explained all the work and costs and I really felt he was my advocate in getting my issues resolved. More
Horrible service. He looked up my advisor and took me to him. My advisor had to care in the world and was having a convo with another employee. When I ask him about my vehicle, he had lost the paperwork and couldn’t find my vehicle, I waited for another 30 min and he comes back to tell me they’re barely going to start working on it because it was under another name. So I sit there and wait another 50 min then see my truck being parked, so I sit there for another 20 min waiting for my advisor to come tell me it’s ready, I finally get frustrated and go looking for him, like before he was sitting there chatting away with another employee with no care about the customers. Horrible customer service More

When I arrived for my vehicle's 6 month complementary inspection, I specifically told the service agent that I was having some issues with the tires maintaining their proper air pressure. I told him what inspection, I specifically told the service agent that I was having some issues with the tires maintaining their proper air pressure. I told him what the problem was. He brushed me off saying that the service tech would look at that when doing the tire rotation and inspection. When my vehicle was returned to me (3 hours later, the service center was VERY busy), I asked the service agent if the air pressure issue on the tires had been addressed. He indicated yes. When I turned on the car and pressed the air pressure indicator, it clearly showed no change. He said that the car needed to be driven a short distance so that the tire pressure could recalibrate. I told him I would drive the car several miles and if it did not change, I was bringing it back. It was clear to me that the service tech had ignored checking the tire pressure in the first place. Hopefully, the tires had been rotated. Departing the service center and driving several miles, the tire pressure indicator still showed different air pressure in 3 of the 4 tires. The recommended air pressure in each tire is suppose to be 35psi, and my tires were at 33, 29, 30 and 29psi. I returned to the service center and reported the issue again to the service agent. After waiting nearly another 20 minutes, he instructed someone to check and fill the tires to their proper air pressure of 35psi. I was disappointed as this should have been checked during the multi-inspection process. I had driven to AutoNation, Toyota Fort Myers from Naples, a distance of 40+ miles each way, and the primary issue with my vehicle was not initially addressed to my satisfaction. The service tech seemed to be trying to cut some corners, perhaps because the dealership was so busy, and I don't think the service agent even addressed my concern about tire pressure with the service tech. Two failures on the part of AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. As I mentioned the Service Department was VERY crowded and busy. The waiting area for the Service Department lacked sufficient chairs for the number of people having brought in their vehicles. It was standing room only. Additional chairs could be put in the Parts Department area. Many customers were talking loudly on their cell phones at various times. People should be requested to make their phone calls outside the building. Posting signs to the fact, might help the situation. Courtesy can go a long way. The waiting area was like a zoo. I have been bringing my Toyota Camry vehicles to Toyota Fort Myers since 1995. That's for 27 years. More
They are more interested in making money than customer service. 4 hour wait for oil, filter and tire issue. Unacceptable. We will be looking for a mechanic who can do Toyotas service. 4 hour wait for oil, filter and tire issue. Unacceptable. We will be looking for a mechanic who can do Toyotas More
