Easy to make appointments and when getting the service done, instead of having to wait, which they do have a nice waiting room with plenty of seating and tv's to watch, they offer a free ride to anywhere you want and then a free ride back to the dealership to pick up the car once the service was complete. I had a 9:15 appointment. I was told it would take 2 hours. At 1 pm I had to chase down my service agent. Because I had seen my car sitting finished in the lot for a while. Attention, service advisor and service done in my vehivle was great. However they need to make sure the time projected is as accurate possible.
