A very busy dealer service department post-hurricane Ian. I brought my car in 15 minutes earlier than appointment time, and was called for service review 30 minutes later. Horrible service. I arrived for my second oil change for my 2022 Tacoma, I was checked in and told to wait in the waiting area for an advisor, I waisted for and hour, I arrived for my second oil change for my 2022 Tacoma, I was checked in and told to wait in the waiting area for an advisor, I waisted for and hour, then I ask an advisor passing by if he knew anything about my car. He looked up my advisor and took me to him. My advisor had to care in the world and was having a convo with another employee. When I ask him about my vehicle, he had lost the paperwork and couldn’t find my vehicle, I waited for another 30 min and he comes back to tell me they’re barely going to start working on it because it was under another name. So I sit there and wait another 50 min then see my truck being parked, so I sit there for another 20 min waiting for my advisor to come tell me it’s ready, I finally get frustrated and go looking for him, like before he was sitting there chatting away with another employee with no care about the customers.
