Wasted approximately 3 hours of my time doing absolutely nothing on my car that had sustained flood damage during a 48 hour lockdown at hospital during Hurricane Ian. They did not honour the spirit of the appointment’s purpose which was to provide a comprehensive inspection of my car and then advise of repairability. There were two obese young men there on service staff that appeared to be doing absolutely nothing whilst keeping customers waiting for hours. They acted like they didn’t want to help me nor knew what they were doing. They assumed that I was a “dumb woman” and that I’d believe them when they told me that a car battery costs $4000 to replace. Yeah. Right. AAA replaced my battery for about $100! This dealership is a disgrace and I will not be bringing any business to these doofuses again. More
