The van was brought back in for detailing as when in for regular maintenance the out side had marks on the van and the interior was covered in grease spots. It’s was detailed but still had grease spots an regular maintenance the out side had marks on the van and the interior was covered in grease spots. It’s was detailed but still had grease spots and the gas and brake pedal along with the floor was so slippery that it made it difficult to keep my feet from slipping off the pedals. The vacuuming of the interior was incomplete as the seats in the back we’re still dirty. This was all paid for by the dealership but I wouldn’t ever bring my van back for detailing. The job was incomplete and made driving dangerous with overly lubed up floor and brake and gas pedals. More

I had bad experience to use service there. The service advisors are terrible. Service was awful, they replaced a/c compressor. It taken 4 days, compressor is working nosy, battery connector w The service advisors are terrible. Service was awful, they replaced a/c compressor. It taken 4 days, compressor is working nosy, battery connector was not tightened. Key cover was lost. Vehicle not washed after return to customer. I am back there to complain about noise from Compressor and they said it is normal operation work by compressor clutch but my car never worked like that. Some from service managers have to call me back after they figure out what is going on but never back to me. More
