AutoNation Toyota called me because my car had a recall. They offered me plus free service if my car needs change oil or rotation I brought my car to them. First when i got there i was ignored. There were atleast 4 advisors just sitting at there desk eating and on their cell phones. They attempted to balance my tires but its worse now. I brought car in for multi-point inspection on 15 Sept 2022, last inspec was in January 2022. Service advisor was pleasant, business oriented. 1. Advisor did not tell me at vehicle acceptance that inspec 2022, last inspec was in January 2022. Service advisor was pleasant, business oriented. 1. Advisor did not tell me at vehicle acceptance that inspection would include a tire rotation costing $40. 2. I asked for 37 psi in each tire, got 36 psi (recorded on "Multipoint Inspection " page. (3) I would not have been given "Multipoint Inspection" results page had I not asked for it. (4) Inspection results page shows three columns for checkmarks on left side of page. The three columns have no headings indicating what the checkmarks mean. (5) The front brake lining thickness is shown as 7 mm for LF and RF. The same measurement taken 9 months ago at my last multi point inspection at this same facility showed 6 mm for the same measurements. Obviously this latest result is unlikely. (6) Also purchased at this visit a brake service for $131. This appears to be good as my (only) evidence is a higher brake pedal response. More
