Brought my car in after experiencing vibration when driving on the highway. I had purchased two tires within the last 12 months at Toyota of Ft Myers. My service manager explained the possible causes driving on the highway. I had purchased two tires within the last 12 months at Toyota of Ft Myers. My service manager explained the possible causes and after checking all the tires for balance noticed that they did not have the correct weights and thus would have caused the vibration. Since I had purchased tires there, they waived the fee to rebalance my tires which I thought was very good customer service.
