Was there for more than 6 hours. Despite having an appointment, I had already been there for two hours before they started. The told me my VSC light was on because I needed a new purge valve, which they were going to grossly overcharge me for. A purge valve has zero to do with the VSC system, and my car had zero symptoms of a bad purge valve. This was my second trip there to have the VSC light addressed. There will not be a third. More
I brought my leased car in, waited 2 1/2 hours! ! Unexceptionable! The room was filled with waiting customers that were not pleased. Was it because it was Monday? Not enough help? Poor scheduling? I've done business with them in the past and have been satisfied. Usually take my car there for service. I had an appt.at 10am and didn't get out of there for 3 1/2 hours for battery check (and something satisfied. Usually take my car there for service. Also don't like the contactless dealing with the service writer. More

My adviser at Toyota is Shelley K. She is great. Had issues that started Friday night, took the car in on Saturday without an appointment and Shelley was a great help. Found out the is She is great. Had issues that started Friday night, took the car in on Saturday without an appointment and Shelley was a great help. Found out the issue and Shelley also notice an issue that was developing. Gave me all the information to make a decision and get the car fixed all at once instead of going back and forth. Love my Highlander and very happy with the service. More
