3 hours and 20 minutes for an oil chance and wiper blades, my time is worth just as much as yours. No more new cars or service calls for you. Bad management👎 blades, my time is worth just as much as yours. No more new cars or service calls for you. Bad management👎 More

I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let m check engine light on. After 3 hours with no update on anything, I asked what was going on? I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let me know soon. A short time later I was given a price to do the repair and a time estimate. I later saw my truck in the parking lot so went to my service advisor and was told that they had to put it back in the shop to do the recall. After a total of 6 hours I got my truck. In my opinion that is an excessive amount of time when I had such an early appointment. More
