I had a 7am appointment for a taillight recall and my check engine light on. After 3 hours with no update on anything, I asked what was going on? I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let m check engine light on. After 3 hours with no update on anything, I asked what was going on? I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let me know soon. A short time later I was given a price to do the repair and a time estimate. I later saw my truck in the parking lot so went to my service advisor and was told that they had to put it back in the shop to do the recall. After a total of 6 hours I got my truck. In my opinion that is an excessive amount of time when I had such an early appointment. More

I've owned my 2011 Camry for about 4 years. Since I have owned the car I have doubled the mileage on it. The idea of dealing with a new service department was not appealing, but AutoNation has never disappointed. They do what they say they will in the time they say they will do it. My point man has always been Daniel Dixon and he is friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I never feel like I am being sold something that I don't need. All of this is coming from someone who has owned Honda's forever....just sayingg. More
