Appointment at 8:30 am. 4hrs later I finally had my new battery, alignment & check up! Way too long to have to wait for basic work. I've owned my 2011 Camry for about 4 years. Since I have owned the car I have doubled the mileage on it. The idea of dealing with a new service department was not appealing, but AutoNation has never disappointed. They do what they say they will in the time they say they will do it. My point man has always been Daniel Dixon and he is friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I never feel like I am being sold something that I don't need. All of this is coming from someone who has owned Honda's forever....just sayingg. More

As always, it was a 3. 5 hours process. Upon my arrival I was informed that the person doing the recall might be 2-3 hours behind.(I've been trying to get someone to schedul 5 hours process. Upon my arrival I was informed that the person doing the recall might be 2-3 hours behind.(I've been trying to get someone to schedule this visit for 5 months and was going to wait no matter) Anthony did seem to speed this up for me. I did learn that the used car we purchased had 2 more oil changes and tire rotations so they took care of that also. However, I would never go to this service department for an oil change otherwise as something that simple usually takes 3 hours. Listening to other customers, it seems that I was one with the least complaints so I guess it was a win. More
