On 8/24/22 I took my car to AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers for an oil change. I asked what was included with the oil change. The service person told me $62 for express oil change. I asked if they had an oi for an oil change. I asked what was included with the oil change. The service person told me $62 for express oil change. I asked if they had an oil change that included checking belts, fluids, etc. The service person said yes, for $99.99. I signed the paperwork only glancing at the costs, since she told me $99.99. So my fault for not questioning the two costs $60 and $99.99, but no total was on the paperwork, thinking the total was $99.99. My final bill when I picked up my car was $189.57, which included labor charges, shop charges and of course taxes. I was expecting $99.99 plus tax. It was Not an oil change Included as I had asked. I feel I was mislead and I was very angry at this. This car dealership does not give you to an honest story and pricing was not totaled. I will not return. More

We bought a Jeep from the used car dealership and also bought the extended warranty. The alternator shorted out and fried the battery. Morgan and Casey were totally amazing.
