I had a good experience when I arrived, then I find out that I had a problem with the alignment they where unable to fix it because there was something wrong with the suspension .. they fix it free of char that I had a problem with the alignment they where unable to fix it because there was something wrong with the suspension .. they fix it free of charge, I pay for the alignment… they also updated my speech recognition computer. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the way I was treated. More

We purchased our 4 runner, drove it off the lot having ordered and paid for fenders to be put on. Waited several months, constantly checking in, finally called to say we’d be calling BBB. Amazingly the fe ordered and paid for fenders to be put on. Waited several months, constantly checking in, finally called to say we’d be calling BBB. Amazingly the fenders were there the next day. Had them put on, a few months later while driving down freeway one rips off. check others and another one is loose. Call dealership, wait three weeks and take car in. Pick it up and the fenders aren’t properly installed, already peeling up. Now waiting to have them put on again. Absolutely terrible service! More
