I took my car to get a oil change and the brake fluid change. When they removed the plastic cover on the bottom they didn’t but all the screws back. The guard was dragging on the ground. Online Booking: I requested an appointment online for installation of specific tires. I was not notified before hand that the tires I selected were not in stock. I took my vehicle in because the wheel was shaking when I drive. MY car was left at the shop frim 10am to 4/4:30pm. The invoice shows that the issue was addressed but it is still shaking.
