Justin has been helpful. I have had poor experiance with the shop. They told be that I needed to replace my motor. I took it to another mechanic and he troubled shooted and i I have had poor experiance with the shop. They told be that I needed to replace my motor. I took it to another mechanic and he troubled shooted and it only need a new fuel injector. A lot less then a rebuilt motor. Hard to trust them now. They recommeded an alignment early on when I first bought my car. They missed it up badly that my new tires became worn, needed to replace all 4 tires. They did correct it and replaced my tires. They said their machine was off. How can I trust them with any major or minor repairs. Justin great guy. I continue because of his customer service. Toyota is a great car! Had an old Corrola still running. Jury still out with their recommendations. More

I would give this dealership an average review. I have had issues with them getting back with me more than once regarding issues after they were suppose to reach out with their manager but he's alw I have had issues with them getting back with me more than once regarding issues after they were suppose to reach out with their manager but he's always either in a meeting or off campus and then nobody gets back with me even after I've called to follow up. I just feel this is terrible customer service on there part and will most likely go to another Toyota dealership for service once my maintenance contract runs out this year. More

My fiance and I purchased a 2021 RAV4 from this location and we had a great experience. Pratik, our salesman was very patient with us and all our questions. He explained all the differences in engines, drive types and features. As we decided, he was very patient and gave some time to decide. We didn't feel rushed and that is a trait we look for in a dealership and sales team. Sonny in Finance was just as amazing. He walked us through all our options, gave us such great service and made it such a pleasant and comfortable experience. Pratik and Sonny were on it! They both were quick in handling our paperwork, keeping us all on schedule and we were in and out within a few hours. The managers checked in from time to time to ensure we were comfortable and having a great experience. The team even had lunch provided for the team and customers, it was amazing. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota as well as our salesman Pratik. Such a great team and I can't wait to come back for my next purchase! More
