We didn't feel rushed and that is a trait we look for in a dealership and sales team. Sonny in Finance was just as amazing. He walked us through all our options, gave us such great service and made it such a pleasant and comfortable experience. Pratik and Sonny were on it! They both were quick in handling our paperwork, keeping us all on schedule and we were in and out within a few hours. The managers checked in from time to time to ensure we were comfortable and having a great experience. The team even had lunch provided for the team and customers, it was amazing.
