When attending my service appointment, I initially reserved my appointment online. This resulted in my services being extended (the products for my vehicle were not readily accessible). However, Jose reserved my appointment online. This resulted in my services being extended (the products for my vehicle were not readily accessible). However, Jose still made sure that my vehicle was properly taken care of. With the attentiveness of the Service Manager David, he immediately checked in with me following the completion of my services. He provided a thorough explanation of the delay, and made sure that the matter of my wait was resolved. David and Jose displayed true professionalism, proper communication, and great team work.
