I had a wonderful experience! Thomas was a great service advisor and really did come through to help me out. Just there to get the doors looked at and the windows tinted. After pick up on my way home hit a massive pothole. Flat tire and bent rim but Thomas made it happen! New rim and car was aligned! Came in for maintenance. Advisors were great. However, it longer than what the advisor told me it would take (1 hr 45 min vs 45 min) - the main reason for losing 1 star. S Advisors were great. I scheduled my appointment at 7:30am. I was late but they got my car in right away. I had planned on multiple maintenance items to be done so I left it and went work. I received a message I was late but they got my car in right away. I had planned on multiple maintenance items to be done so I left it and went work. I received a message that a few issues were found that I was unaware of so I authorized them and they not only completed all the original items I had come in for but also the additional items and I had my car back before lunch time. Someone have a bad hands taking my money from my storage compartment box. The reason I know because I just withdraw $7 quarters and a few dollar bills from the bank so I can use to get quarters to pay for compartment box. The reason I know because I just withdraw $7 quarters and a few dollar bills from the bank so I can use to get quarters to pay for water. After my car service i went straight to watermill to get water before i go home. Then i realized i am short $3 quarters and a few dollar bills. Whoever thought took $3 quarters and a few dollars bills i wouldn't notice nor make a different. It does now i need to make a trip go back to the bank to get the quarters and tell the manager of the Toyota service of someone have a dirty hand. $3 isn't much they can have it, But it inconvenient for me to make double trip to do my things and plus gas is expensive right now. Also, now I have to check my car every time I am taking it to service because someone have a dirty hand. More
