I made an appointment, but had to wait due to short staff. Manager came out as the service tech after 15 min wait. Showed up for an oil change. I was greeted went over options gave me an estimate time and was completed 10 mins before time. Car was even run thru car wash in back . Service manager Luis is a liar. Luis said an oil change would cost $80. I was charged $87. Luis said a wheel alignment would cost $90. I was charged $108. Also, on my last two visits, he said that my vehicle had been damaged during servicing. Once he told me that it had fallen off the lift. Then he laughed and said that he was only kidding.
