I was drop off my car on Friday at 9 am on 04/15/22 , Sierra told me she will call me when the car is ready. But I wait all day she did not call me back, I called and leave the messages but she still not Sierra told me she will call me when the car is ready. So I did stop by the dealer at 5:30 pm and talk to her, she said she too busy on that day that why she didn’t call me then tell me she will call me tomorrow . But the next day I still didn’t hear anything from her again, I try to call but she didn’t answer, I leaved the messages and until Monday about 3pm, I call again nobody pick up the phone then I decided to go there to see what’s going on there. I did talk to the other lady work there then finally I have my car back. It was terrible service I never seen before. More

We brought our truck in for service. The service was about 6 hrs in time.
