They replaced my alternator but never put back the engine cover rivets. I recognized it when I washed my car. The rivets were placed under the hood close by the windshield. It was not professional. Also, I spent a thousand for their service but they did not even offer me a car wash. My Camry was totally dirty with all dirt, finger prints and sprinkler's water spots. I wonder if they missed anything else when they did the job. This is just a small issue but rings the bell for the customer's safety and the car's performance. Furthermore, the cost to replace the alternator was overpriced. I did some research as well as called some other dealers but this price was much higher. Because my car wasn't drivable and was towed to this place, so I have no choice. I wasn't happy and satisfied after all. Would not recommend it! More

As a Toyota customer, I was very disappointed on Saturday, my appointment was at 10:30, my assigned service manager wasn’t there and neither was the service manager in that dept. I was being skipped Saturday, my appointment was at 10:30, my assigned service manager wasn’t there and neither was the service manager in that dept. I was being skipped left and right and no one would offer or ask to help, yet there were girls just walking around taking selfies, all they did was place papers on the windshields. Very poor customer service! I asked a girl for help and she said someone will be with me shortly, help never came until I went back inside and spoke with Justin and he took care of it.
