As a Toyota customer, I was very disappointed on Saturday, my appointment was at 10:30, my assigned service manager wasn’t there and neither was the service manager in that dept. I was being skipped Saturday, my appointment was at 10:30, my assigned service manager wasn’t there and neither was the service manager in that dept. I was being skipped left and right and no one would offer or ask to help, yet there were girls just walking around taking selfies, all they did was place papers on the windshields. Very poor customer service! I asked a girl for help and she said someone will be with me shortly, help never came until I went back inside and spoke with Justin and he took care of it. I will be reaching out to Toyota about this, this is unacceptable, if everyone was trained, these situations would be avoided. Regards, Emilio Tristan 832.282.8383 More
