Online Booking: I requested an appointment online for installation of specific tires. I was not notified before hand that the tires I selected were not in stock. If I would’ve received a phone call regarding this, I would have avoided missing an extra day from work. That’s the point of creating an appointment. In order to have the tires I wanted installed, I had to pay for them upfront. Waiting Area: The waiting area needs more outlets and tables with chairs for those people that are working and need to plug in a laptop. Service Attendant: Justin offered me other brands since the ones I wanted were not in-stock. He explained the warranty information but I was set on the ones I had done extensive research on. I took my vehicle in because the wheel was shaking when I drive. MY car was left at the shop frim 10am to 4/4:30pm. The invoice shows that the issue was addressed but it is still shaking. I came for an oil change and walked out with a bill estimate of close to $3,000.00. This is unconscionable, especially for a retired senior on a fixed monthly income that such a bill would have one lit estimate of close to $3,000.00. This is unconscionable, especially for a retired senior on a fixed monthly income that such a bill would have one literally in the streets eating out of garbage cans. Imagine, a battery that costs $662.00!!! Does this operate on Mars or at the the Moon? The prices here are outrageous and offensive for retirees struggling to pay basic bills every month. Completely out of order and out of touch with an inflationary crisis in the nation spiraling towards certain doom for most working class persons and retired seniors. More
I would give this dealership an average review. I have had issues with them getting back with me more than once regarding issues after they were suppose to reach out with their manager but he's alw I have had issues with them getting back with me more than once regarding issues after they were suppose to reach out with their manager but he's always either in a meeting or off campus and then nobody gets back with me even after I've called to follow up. I just feel this is terrible customer service on there part and will most likely go to another Toyota dealership for service once my maintenance contract runs out this year. More
