AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway - Service Center

I bought a 2024 Corolla in December, 2023. In June I took it in for its 6 month checkup. I had an appt. for 9 am. I left at 10:30 am. I could've gone to Discount Tire and been in and out in 15 In June I took it in for its 6 month checkup. I had an appt. for 9 am. I left at 10:30 am. I could've gone to Discount Tire and been in and out in 15 minutes. They were supposed to rotate tires check pressure, and fluids, etc. When I was driving out I checked the pressure on the dash and it read 33 or 32 psi but I thought it was summer and wouldn't be a problem plus I had somewhere else to be 11 and I wasn't going back. In July, I get check pressure message on dash. I tried to get the caps off the valve stems to check the pressure and couldn't get them off - they were on extremely tight, obviously never taken off. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and a young gentleman came and he had trouble getting the caps off also. He checked pressure, was 30 psi in each tire. I went to Discount Tire and they aired up the tires and no problem since. I'm very unhappy with the Service dept. and not sure if I'll go back. More

There was an issue when I waited at AutoNation Toyota for a tire change. The dealership found and resolved the problem quickly.
