I have been coming here a few years and the car wash has never worked. Recently took car in for an oil change and my tire pressures was not checked. Appalled by the this dealership. They are taking advantage of people who don’t know better. They tripled the cost of labor required (by the book) for a repair on an estimate. When confronted, their own employee agreed it was wrong, but did not offer any solution. They tacked on miscellaneous fees that they couldn’t explain and refused to remove them because my “original advisor” who wrote it up had left for the day. I was forced to pay just to get my car out of there. Never go to this dealer unless you want to be scammed. This is why car dealerships get a bad reputation. More
