Went to drop off vehicle for maintenance. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Rick Aguilar to finish with other people’s checkin when I got there earlier than the people around me. When I as Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Rick Aguilar to finish with other people’s checkin when I got there earlier than the people around me. When I asked me why he took the other people first when I had been there for already 20 minutes, he was unapologetic, defensive, and rude. Then when I pick up my vehicle again he was rude and disrespectful. He just seemed angry! He also didn’t ask me anything about the suggested services. I live an hour away from this Toyota and I was late to my appointment because of Ricks poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Rick Aguilar. More
I needed an alignment. I took it in on Friday and even thought I didn’t have an appointment they were able to get it done the same day.
