Had my 2022 Highlander serviced at Auto Nation. Jose in the service department took care of me. His customer service was awesome. He made sure he kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. To be honest, I have a Toyota Dealership just up the street from me (a 5 min drive) but I will drive 40 minutes to Auto Nation to get my vehicle serviced because of the great customer service.
