Your Finance department is below AutoNation standards. It took about three months to get a refund on a cancelled Extended Warranty policy. AutoNation fail to submit paperwork to warranty provider. Scheduling online is easy and quick. I didn't expect dealerships to give a free carwash after the service was completed. Bravo!! However, the wi-fi didn't work on the day I visited and o I didn't expect dealerships to give a free carwash after the service was completed. Bravo!! My visit to auto nations Toyota gulf freeway on 03/02/22 was great. I got there at 7.45 am for minor service on my vehicle and it don’t even took 2 minutes when I was talking to a service advisor about wh was great. I got there at 7.45 am for minor service on my vehicle and it don’t even took 2 minutes when I was talking to a service advisor about what work needed to get done on my vehicle . The service advisor Mr. Hector Rivas , very professional and friendly after listening to my request he promised to have my vehicle service in time for me to make it back to work. And he did ; very knowledgeable and fast, the whole service team awesome. The facilities like always,all clean and organized. I will recommend this dealership to everyone .thankyou Toyota nations.
