Great service and also our vehicle was ready very quickly. I also noticed it was washed and that was great as well. The visits here are always a pretty good experience. I actually have a recall that needs to be dealt with. I haven't had it done due to my tight schedule. The woman that I spoke with regarding schedulin I actually have a recall that needs to be dealt with. I haven't had it done due to my tight schedule. The woman that I spoke with regarding scheduling for the recall said that it would need to be dropped off in the morning because it would take all day. However, this last visit the tech asked about the recall and if I wanted to have it taken care of while I was getting my oil change. I told him that I didn't have the time to leave it there rest of the day due to prior engagements that day. He explained to me that it would take around three hours for the oil change and the recall repair both. I would have had this done a long time ago if I had been told that from the beginning. Outside of that, I really enjoy the service and communication provided by Hector. More
