SAdly, I explained to the Manager of Hayward Toyota , CA. Branch regarding the one who needs to get full credit, is Mr. Johnny Tavares , since he was the one who helped us with our concerns in buy out lease. .We hope that the Manager listens in all fairness not to discredit Ohmid, he's okay and very nice too, when I spoke with him, via phone last September 01, 2021 asking quotes of my buy out leased toyota 2019 and financing option, he said will call me back in 15 min but he never did and waited until 3pm,.Its either Ohmid forgot his promise or what I do not know? He never call me back. So we decided to go straight to the Hayward dealer office and work things out.,Mr.Johnny Taveres is there for us able to help, and accomodated us further, this also include Henry from the financing office.. We know you have bunch of great guys that works for toyota, if we can only mention all. Was tricked by their finance guy I told him I only wanted my credit ran once through the credit union and he said he could do that since they were part of cudl , he then proceeded to run my credit through al my credit ran once through the credit union and he said he could do that since they were part of cudl , he then proceeded to run my credit through all 3 bureaus there ended up being two inquiries on each one , basically was lied to so they could get me to finance through Toyota , not happy with them at all I should of walked but they had already hit my credit ! I brought my car in yesterday for repairs due to a recall notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice for the same thing. The service rep says Toyota needs to be told the work has been done or they will keep sending me notices on this recall. I don’t know how to make the notices stop coming on this. I would appreciate some follow up from AutoNation in Hayward. More
