This was our first time financing a vehicle. We had never taken out a car loan before, even when we lived in Japan, so our knowledge of the process was limited. The sales team listened carefully to our needs, took our concerns into consideration, and helped us find a solution that worked for us. We also purchased the vehicle close to closing time. Even though the paperwork took longer than expected, the staff stayed with us until everything was completed, and we truly appreciated their dedication and support. The one aspect of our experience that was very disappointing was our interaction with CFS Manager While he was very skilled at explaining the various protection plans and optional products, he continued to push them even after we politely declined multiple times. He repeatedly stated that the decision was entirely ours and that he understood customers have different budgets. However, his actions did not reflect those words, as he continued trying to persuade us to add products we had already decided against. What was even more disappointing was that after we declined the options, his attitude seemed to change, and he appeared visibly unhappy with our decision. Without that experience, we would have gladly given this dealership a 5-star rating.
